Due to the fact that some cooperating banks will conduct routine upgrades and maintenance of their core systems this weekend, some Financial Services (including but not limited to deposit and withdrawal, foreign exchange, etc.) will be temporarily interrupted due to this maintenance.
Impact Period: From 20:00 on Friday, March 6, 2026, to the end of Monday, March 9, 2026.
Scope of Impact: During this period, all fiat eDDA deposit methods will be suspended. Other payment methods will only support selected partner banks (please log in to the HashKey fiat deposit page to check the list of available banks). Transaction requests processed through the affected partner banks may fail or remain pending until the system maintenance is completed.
Impact on Earn Channel Product Subscriptions and Redemptions: As the settlement of Earn Channel product subscriptions and redemptions involves fiat banking channels, the upcoming bank system maintenance may affect the settlement timeline of related orders.
