Authentication of Basic Information

Personal Information Module

Prepare your original ID and find a quieter, brighter location.
Please ensure the photo you take of your ID is clear and all of the information can be seen.
Please ensure the ID photo is taken with the original.

Address Proof Module

Please ensure the issuing institution, language, occupation, and date of your proof of address meet our platform requirements.
Please ensure the address on the proof of address is a residential address and not a commercial address.
If your address is a hotel or serviced apartment, please see "What types of addresses do we accept" to see if you are required to provide proof of monthly rent.

Financial Information Module

If your employment status is "Unemployed" or "Retired", you cannot use "Salary" as the initial funding source.
If your business nature is "Government Employee", you must select "Government Worker" as your occupation.
Tax identification number is required. Please ensure that you enter the tax number using your actual information.
If you hold a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, your tax number will be the same as your Hong Kong ID.

Agreement Signing

Signature is required. Please ensure that your signature can be seen.

Fiat Currency Transfer

Transfer Amount

Initial deposit transfer must be $10,000 HKD or the equivalent in USD. Please be aware that you may be charged for processing fees. If you are transferring USD, we recommend that you increase the transfer amount to ensure that your initial deposit meets our platform's requirements.

When will the funds be deposited into your account?

It is determined by the transfer amount and the details of your bank account.
If your bank account name matches the KYC verification name, the platform will process your deposit within 5 minutes.
If there is a mismatch between your bank account name and the KYC verification name, it will need to be manually reviewed. Kindly be advised that we only accept deposits from bank accounts that match the names on your KYC verification records. We do not accept deposits from third-party or joint accounts.
