We are thrilled to announce that HashKey Xpert, our institutional-grade digital asset custody solution, has been rebranded as HashKey Custody. This rebranding reflects our continued commitment to providing exceptional custody solutions and services.

We are delighted to inform you that we have introduced a convenient feature that allows you to easily activate your HashKey Custody account using your existing HashKey Exchange account. This streamlined process eliminates the need for separate registration and ensures a seamless experience for our users.

To activate your HashKey Custody account using your exchange account, simply follow these steps:

Log in to your HashKey Exchange account.
Navigate to Identity Verification.
Complete professional investor (individual/institutional) PI client verification.
Click "Activate now" to activate your HashKey Custody account.
1. Follow the prompts and provide any necessary KYC information for review.
  
  You can log in immediately after your HashKey Custody account activation is approved.
  
  Additionally, we are working diligently to meet the new Travel Rule requirements by the end of Q1, enabling asset transfers between HashKey Exchange and HashKey Custody. This important feature will provide you with greater flexibility and convenience, allowing you to seamlessly transfer assets from HashKey Exchange for secure custody in HashKey Custody or withdraw assets from HashKey Custody for trading on HashKey Exchange.
  
  We are working diligently to ensure a smooth implementation of this feature, ensuring the secure transfer of your assets. Prior to the official launch of this functionality, we will provide detailed information and operational guidelines so that you can take advantage of it promptly.
