Terms and Conditions of Foreign Exchange Spot Swap Services

1. HashKey Exchange provides foreign exchange swap merely as an ancillary service for exchanging United States Dollars (USD) for Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and vice versa (“Services”) through arrangements with third-party bank(s).

2. The exchange rate quoted for the Services is based on prevailing market rates.

3. The Services will not be available on USD and HKD currency holidays scheduled maintenance days or any unexpected technical difficulties leading to service disruptions.

4. HashKey Exchange makes no representations concerning any third party content and services that may be accessible through links on HashKey Exchange's website.

5. Clients engage the Services at their own risk. HashKey Exchange assumes no responsibility for clients using the Services to the extent permitted by law or regulation.

6. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to reject or refuse any client from using the Services, including but not limited to: providing false information, insufficient funds, or activities intended to gain unfair advantage as reasonably determined by HashKey Exchange.

7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force.

9. These Terms and Conditions are written in an English version and a Chinese version. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall take precedence.
