We’re updating our Professional Investor Business Terms, Exchange Rules, Account Opening and Trading Rules effective Aug 28 2023. If you continue to hold a HashKey Exchange account after that date, then you must agree and comply with these terms to continue using your account.

Below summary are the changes:

Compliance with the updated regulations: We have made necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the updated regulations, in particular, Guidelines for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators as published by the SFC as well as the approval from the SFC for providing virtual asset trading services for retail investors.
Increased clarity and consistency: We have made amendments to improve the clarity and consistency of our terms in line with our operations.
